Been reading some posts on here and bring a counter point. It’s funny, I observe the same people who complain about too much work, not enough people are also the lowest of performers in the company who tend to bask in the tedious day to day status quo and not improve/automate anything in the process. Curious your thoughts

If everything is great and you are these hard workers who never ever complain… then wtf are you doing here?
I had those complainers in my department as well and it was unpleasant working with them. Complaining all the time and when it comes to do work they find any excuse not to do the work. They were local to the area. I am glad most of them are gone and got replaced by hardworking individuals. No wonder companies are hiring foreigners and avoid lazy entitled locals.

Agreed, my dept is filled with these types. If the dept dropped 50% of its people we would still be fine, unfortunately most are complete mo--ns it seems lately
