What's work?
WFH was implemented to appease the millenials, but backfired due to abuse and lack of productivity. Now EM management is trying to get the genie back in the bottle.
The average Exxon employee would last ten minutes working for him. Take it from someone who left O&G to work at a private space company.
My advice to those of you who have been working in O&G for more than ten years is to remain where you are. Nowhere else will be you paid as much as you are to do as little as you do.
I wouldn’t say an erratic billionaire is in touch with the needs of the working class.
I laugh if you think Elon has wisdom. Guy has ambition but not wisdom you poor sweet summer child
