I don't blame newbies, it's not their fault this company is hiring them. However, I wonder is SF's ultimate goal to completely change the workforce structure over time and make this a completely different company with cheaper labor and weaker skills... or is it that no one of quality wants to work here anymore?

SF used to have alot of quality people because the work culture was setup to attract and retain quality people with great benefits, PSL, COLA, pension, autonomy. The insurance business has evolved with the race to the bottom mentality, they won't be able to attract or retain quality people anymore, not sure if they want to based on their newly projected business model. Quality people are college educated, talented, conscientious, hard working and they have no problem getting recruited from other companies; why would a quality worker subject themself to the SF sweatshop environment.
@OP+1cqbqqUO and not for the better.
@1mms You're experience was over 20 years ago. Everything has changed since then.
@1mms+1cqbqqUO So you are telling me you guys would max out your credit cards on suits, and polished shoes before divorces?!?!?!
Much wow, much professional, much smart.
In order to have quality you have to have leadership who is not selfish. Selfishness destroys moral and quality.
I believe we accidentally hire the odd quality individual but as soon as they figure out the sh:t show they signed up for they move on.
Ever hear.....YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
Quality? SF? REALLY!
I remember when SF was suit, tie, polished shoes, no tattoos and we were required to act respectfully. Glad I am gone. Today it is shorts, tattoos on every part of the body and four letter words are common place. Kind of reminds me of San Quintin. Quality? That went out long ago. No wonder they took away the company cars!
