department with the company and the workload i can see is already beyond crazy.
i came from stable claims job and can tell how miserable the workers are in my siu unit, and im not even at full capacity yet i think, but not staying.
the people i work with work very hard from what i can see and their csls have little power and its clear the goal is get people cheap and do junk work.
i wish others good luck im here for now but will be gone hope(maybe back to my old company in claims) asap. siu in allstate is dead end and those who have been helping me and retiring know so, its sad its such a mess because i understand employees have tried to say so and ignored.

i am a new hire what do i know but have experience in claims and cant believe the culture here management resents employees.

Listen. Please, i know you ignore Barometers, Inspires, take softaballs in "town halls" do you understand that the way you look down on real workers impacts your company?

What amazes me is that the HR department at Allstate is either 1) tasked counter posts for "positive investor perspective!" or some B$ or 2) you actuallly hired a vendor (I am nto going to ist them again someone else did in prior post).

Let me sat this

The person who said working at "McDonalds" is implied denigrated job: you are an @$$HO-E. You have never worked your way up and, many of us thought working our way UP would be Allstate. The way you attacked and mocked people who work at McDonalds makes ME sick and I was glad to see my fellow co workers feel the same way. INVESTORS (and this board will make its way to them) know that your leaders think labor is $h!t. But guess what, we are organizing and ESP the the recent move against my co workers who are Black makes ME SICK.

ALLSTATEs policy of eliminating college degrees because bl---s lacks them? What does that say? I wont say. Go read the posts.

I find it hard to believe you’re SIU. I am SIU and if I wrote like that, I’d be out of a job.
