EM’s Black Box Performance Initiative is based on CS&I. When rolled out company-wide it will be a game changer (at least that is what they are saying; we’ll see).

No insider info, but speculation based on hallway chats..,CSRs days are numbered. Corporate can no longer afford to support the University of ExxonMobil any more. Any R&D jobs are moving to Houston area, and tough luck if you don’t want to relocate.
