Latest rumor going around Sept 17 is "Reorg" day for Global Tech. Anyone hearing anything else? Also hearing Manager PTO getting denied so they can be present during reorg...lets hope the white paper does not go up on all the virtual meeting rooms :-)

Just heard from my manager - reorg will be "rolling" starting today through 9/17.
The plan is the 17th - that said it's been moved and shifted so many times... it's possible it shifts again. The reality is though most of the leaders already know... so if you haven't been told something...chances are you'll be in the same job doing something very similar but maybe just in a new named team or new part of the organization.
When this happens, it will be the mother of all reorgs.
In 2017 I was walking by a conference room the day before and the meeting title was on the screen. “Secret Manager Meeting” 😂
Simple advice based on what I have personally experienced; get out of GT the first opportunity you get. Not saying leave Nike; just GT. You will be glad you did just as I do.
