@OP Bad management (mostly pro-carbon R’s) are what is costing jobs due to poor planning.

Good management would get out in front of changes and minimize or eliminate the need to cut jobs. That’s clearly not what you have at BH.

Badly managed company by talentless people. Everyone shafting everyone and nobody could care less. The demise was inevitable but some of us left as winners. how many can say that?
