“I’m so much better and smarter than everyone else I work with”…,is the OP trolling or is this actually real? If this is actually real, do everyone a favor and leave? For one, you are incredibly conceited and have one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered. It would be a net postive for SF for you to leave. And second, if you hate your job, leadership, and your co workers this much, why on earth wouldn’t you leave at your first opportunity?
@OP. No one can tell you what to do. You have to make that decision for yourself, just like we all do. What can be said is that the situation at SF has continued to get worse for the employees as time passes by. If there is a good opportunity offered to you to work elsewhere, you should consider taking that option. The only people that can tell you what their working conditions like in other companies are those employees. This website has access to forums a lot of other businesses. If you already have a certain company in mind, see if they have a thread on this website and see what their employees say. Best of luck to you!

I would start applying for jobs while you still have one and jump ship once you have a better opportunity secured. It's easier to find a job when you have a job and not the other way around.
