Property appraiser

Well this isnt about layoffs, but i wanted to ask to get an insode look outside from im told. Ive been given an opportunity to change to a field property inspector. Id like to know from other reps. What is a normal day like? Is it worth it?

Property inspections is now an online "desk" job. They use software like Google Earth to check the house and see it the property appears to be good shape. This is done at new business and prior to renewal in some areas.

Outside Property adjuster- 2-3 claims per day. Write estimate and settle onsite which takes 1-2 hours. Try to work in answering emails, working on supplements, and voicemails in your work day. Lastly call your customers for the next day and schedule your inspection times.

You wrote property inspector in the text and property appraiser in the heading. They are two different things. First tell us which one. I can advise you on appraising because I used to be an appraiser. I do not know anything about inspecting.
