A whole bunch of mini-layoffs that stay off the radar but make sure that none of us ever again have a day of peace here? Because if that's really the case, I'm finally done with this place. I'm even going to volunteer for a layoff, if need be. This is not good for our mental or emotional health.

To @OP “I'm even going to volunteer for a layoff” –
why volunteer for layoff if they don’t give a d… about employees moral or company future but care only about collecting more stock options, whatever it takes, by laying-off people right in the middle of 2nd wave of COVID?

Government subsidies paid by the taxpayers’ money, yours/ours taxes, and Not to offshore your/our jobs – this is why trying so hard to keep layoffs SILENT.
why should they ask for volunteers ... attrition is always there ... and just a matter of time ... and for those who continues to linger on .. being asked to leave is the easiest option ...
Why aren’t they asking for volunteers for layoffs???
This place has way too much bloat. Especially in management. Seems if you can't do your job just apply for management.
reorg are the norm ... mini layoffs seem to be gaining traction just before the close of the year... Cost over experience ...
