Here in Omaha we all walk around scared because we don’t want to offend any of the woke crowd

The work place is very toxic, worse then what has been reported on the Ellen degerate show. The mngr are asking other crafts to do work they have not been trained on.taking short cuts pushing, rushing to get bad power out, asking constantly are you done with your work over loading your que with hours of work.and not giving enough time to complete the task. The moral is below zero. And you as your reminded every day " your lucky you have a job". Its triple digits out, most employees have or know someone affected by this pandemic and this company is not grateful for the hard work and dedication of the employees to show up and do the best they can do. The company has absolutely 0 concern for any employee. Make production period.
And in other news sounds like Courage To Care is being resurrected to let everyone know the importance of face coverings. I can’t stop laughing at these bogus attempts to act like the company really cares. If they did care they would be concerned with bringing people back to work to help out the overworked employees they have left. Also get rid of the old school iron fist attendance policy, that creates extreme fatigue and will result in accidents and injuries. Good grief
There is no up culture except to watch your back
@OP: This is known as "push-polling".
There is no culture at UP to speak of, and the only thing UP employees (including managers) are actively engaged in is hating their current jobs and searching for new ones. You're the worst place to work in America for a reason.
Glassdoor has the current CEO at 6% approval overall. Just putting that out there.
It doesn't...
