Hourly associates have been give not only a 300 cash bonus for full time employees and 150 for part-time employees, but also their Q1 bonuses in advance. JF is a complete id–t not offering anything to the salaried managers. Complete slap to the face of all salaried management working endless hours. Your days are already numbered you a– clown.

This man is man was elected by the people of this country. What you see and reflects the mentality of the people that put him there. An unstable country ,an unstable man both with money. Is this what we are?
@OP+144fep7r, the last poster is correct that you get much much more than the rest of us. You do earn more per quarter on your bonus. You may only get it once per year but each quarter adds to it. You need to shut your pie hole, go back into your office and pretend to be on a "conference call" while you troll websites like this. We are the one busting our a**es and risking our health and safety while you hide safely in the back. God help the store you work in. POS!!
Oh trust me salaried mgrs are making huge bonuses. They call them something different so they can say "managers dont get my share bonuses" BS! SM and COs get thousands of dollars when associates get a few hundred. My asst got over $3000 for her Q4 bonus and will get way more on the Q1 bonus because we have already qualified for the super max. Dont feel sorry for them. They are hiding in their office while the rest of us are on the front lines endangering ourselves and our families.
Is it really worth getting that upset about a lousy $300? It's not like it's a meaningful amount of money or actual hazard pay like all the other employers are offering right now. $300 to risk my and my family's life while Walmart is getting rich off this every day is Black Friday c-ap? Gee thanks, might cover my doctor visit if I'm lucky...

I'm Salary, and I don't agree with you at all. When we agreed to become salaried managers we also agree to do what is needed when we have to. I had rather the company give what they can to my hourly associates, I get paid great and I don't need it. Some of my team does. Your the a– clown
