Anyone else hearing about a massive reorg / layoff in April? Heard there were posts here. Any groups impacted? Any updates?

No job in OCI is safe. Hopefully he layoffs start with toxic CM. As gas as T2 and LJ , both are sh– products with proprietary interfaces that nobody wants to use.

what about the GBU's - who are all acquisitions? Over 20K headcount and what do they really contribute to overall revenue?
Probably a whole lot less than the few who are still in the Sun group.

They won't wait till June. If anyone has stock it was likely awarded out in June/July. If it matures they can cash it in and gain the profits. If they are gone the stock goes back to the company.
- Doesn't make sense to reorg mid Q4. If anything, they will wait for June.
It could if Q4 is a write-off anyway. That way they can announce when they review the results that they have taken action and changes are in place to hit the year running.

There has been a long running rumor that Building 5 Broomfield occupants will be moved to other buildings and it will be rented out. Since Blg 5 has been mostly empty for some time it's plausible, assuming a tenant can be found.
