Finally realized they're gonna be completely lost once everyone leaves I guess

I’m finally out of here.
Once they cut employee pay, a lot of people just stopped doing a lot of work. I am shocked by how little is being done in the stores now. Literally, former managers and asst. managers just talking and playing on their phones. Boxes in the back being ignored. Phone ringers turned off. Emails ignored. It's crazy out there.
You have to set up shelf tags and package up chargebacks. Let me get out my tiny violin.
4njm+1m5sUDib: Yup! Exactly! Stores will still have to enter or change adoptions. How are they gonna handle textbook special orders?
Most small stores are already in this position of doing it all. Taking cm data entry off the store isn't gonna help. When a faculty walks in the day of guess who has to do all of that. When the cm person screws up guess who has to stand in front of the faculty and fix the cr-p..yes that store lead person. Good luck to all that plan to stay or are stuck ..sh.t show coming in the Fall near you. Sorry for all that are in terrible employment areas..
I am becoming store leader yet I'm not allowed to do anymore than I already do. Either she refuses to let go of anything or JRC is being led by an incompetent id--t, EK.
So is she leaving at the end of April? Why would she care if you are trained or not? JRC doesn't care.
Seems to be a lack of understanding what motivates people.

Since there is no longer going to be a course materials person in my store, who is supposed to do all that stuff? Buyback-Rental Check in, my CM person audited and my shipping person boxed/shipped. Shelf tags, receiving, setting up the shelves, my CM person did that. Seems like the only part of the CM person's job that is going away is entering adoptions and ordering. What about the other parts of the job? You take my staff and now I have to do that? Ok, who does all the other stuff I already do?
I went into April with a positive mindset, only got 30 more days of this bullsh-t. I'm done doing other people's work for them. I'm done being their scapegoat when sh-t isn't done and it's their job. Follett left the three biggest id--ts in my store. Good luck Market Manager!! You are gonna need it!!
Store Playbook: “Here, fill this out so we know what to do when you leave.”
Response: go pound sand!
BTW, JRC must have a team monitoring this site. Responds to anything negative about them or their alleged management process. Flailing - is that really a process?
Clueless managers that always pushed their duties off on others are now stressing out because they have to earn their paychecks. I guess you won't be taking off every Friday now, and those Saturdays you refuse to work "because you have a family" are done.

Huh? I'm lost. What happened now?!
Not to mention buyback, orientations, and inventories?
And right during graduation season.
