It’s not that they attract them - it’s that those toxic managers have no other choice or option to go. Most were laid off or let go from somewhere else. Many too were forced out…..GF is only spot for them to go. GF salaries are significantly lower then rest of industry why would they choose to go?? - they had no other option

God why would anyone go back to GF? Relaunch at GF NO THANK YOU!
This hiring post also closely aligns statements on here about how GF is a last resort for work in the semiconductor field. It’s for those who can land jobs anywhere else and are desperate for work. It’s the D team at best while Intel or apple are the A team.
