Met F'd up the whole RTO initiative by allowing so many in-office personnel to become fully remote. No rhyme or reason on why some got it and others didn't. These execs need to get their heads out of their a$$e$. Everything they touch turns to $hit. And yes, management gets a monthly report on their team's swipes into the office. Because that's a HUGE priority while half the company WFH.
@9svi+1uS6t0Hx Yes personally mentioned to me in a convo that I had around accommodations near the beginning of the year. I haven’t seen or heard anything since but I guess we should all consider ourselves lucky or something with 3 days in lol. What stuck with me more than that was the amt of folks that are completely remote. Not sure how that works for some but not for others.. it also indicates that I am a nobody to answer that part of your question. /s
Do department heads get monthly report of employee in office days? We were told they are tracking it
"HR has mentioned to me ..."
Personally mentioned to you?
Who are you that HR is personally mentioning things to you?
Dont get how so many folks are fully remote (per outlook location) but there is little flexibility for the hybrid folks. I really despise being pinged multiple times to submit 1 of 10 per year flex days as if you are attempting to get away with m*rder. It’s not that serious and we are all adults. Why couldn’t you do 2 days 1 week and then 4 the next if you needed that sometimes due to super early calls with India, etc? Also, HR has mentioned to me that many teams are planning on going to 5 days per week. Not sure if that was some type of scare tactic or threat but the rules seem to be very “selective”.
Closing Des Moines office.
We were told 5 to 4 days in office if we want to keep our jobs. Outside of 200 Park/NJ offices, roles will be terminated.
Just said at end of LTL no changes are planned. So far...
The d-mb truly work amongst us in the Next Frontier.
Part of USB is 2 days. It’s 3 for the rest of us
apparently you don't read the part on the website that talks about 'hybrid schedules'. It's already 3 days in the office.
