This Asraf has no records with 3M - who is this guy you are talking about?

Hopefully no women work in his new organization.

Bad reflection on leadership and the board that an obviously toxic leader was allowed to exist for years despite scores of complaints and investigations.

Fortunately his face is off the intranet now and I don’t have the urge to ba-f every time…

Only the director who got promoted out of turn in his function will miss him. Hopefully he goes with him. This department has a rich history of incompetence and toxic culture. Asraf took it to the level of an art. He is a toxic, incompetent, dishonest bully

Nobody at 3M would miss Asref, not even one person.

Sounds like a nice toxic company. Potty will adjust quickly. Rumor has it he’s taking asraf with him.

ADM just had a scandal involving its CFO and the SEC. So I guess MP got lucky to land at a spot where the CFO was even worse than he is.

Good riddance, GE alum.

So long, farewell Moneypot!

The only good thing was him spinning off Healthcare. Eventhough the share price is not as good as at listing, the company culture is changing for the better and is very different to mother mining.

After a pretty good year last year that included a $2.5 million bonus (granted on 6/1/24, LTI of $5.8 million, and a 25.9% raise PLUS a $1.5 million AIP this year…guessing it was not his idea to leave. Although, he might have gotten a better offer or decided to cut out after the 6/1 bonus award. Hard to say.

MoPa - You now qualify to post here! What’s the scoop?

Great news, but unfortunately a little late for 3M. An a--hole like him will get picked up by another company an allowed to destroy their business and layoff 1000s of employees!!!

Next is asraf. He aligned himself with potty and was a snarky bee with an itch. Hopefully he’s next in the dumpster.

Better now than never. The SVP I report up through is saying a lot of hopeful things about Bill - and this particular SVP is a snarky m-fer, so that feels like a promising sign.

So frustrating. One of those whose leadership failures led to the downfall of the company and the ruin of many of ex employees lives. Achieved nothing other than changing the culture of the company for the worse.
