Yesterday they lay off most of our managers at once. The VP is running it now. They put some foremen in charge for when he is not here which means all the time cause he’s never here. What is he thinking? The other day he fired our directir manager. Ever since he came, he’s made crazy changes and now we are all soffering. We talk today about everybody walking on Friday. What will he do than?

The y aren’t laying off mama gets, they are getting rid of the employees that Help Save NOV money, the ones that show up everyday, work heir as--s off, they he-l do whatever they need, bent over backwards to help this Company. That is the Fine Kick in the A-S that they have done. Called my husband a racist, it seems people jump and use a Race card. New managers use others and back stab even ones that still bust here as--s for them , they don’t treat employees with any Respect.
Also NOV told the cops to show up because a pi---d employees, but really because they are about to lay off people that work their as--s off for the Company for over 13yrs. Letting people run it that don’t even know what they really do there. Those that really like belittling others and making themselves feel important! NOV has ruined themselves!
I can say my husband has been with them for almost 13yrs, and they keep spending money like no one’s business. Very wasteful. I believe there will be cuts at his location. The New Management running it does not even know anything about Rigs much less about anything that has to do with safety. They tried to accuse my husband of being racist because he had a sticker under his mouse pad., that is from the circle game from Amazon! They will find anything to our people out and keep money for themselves.
Come on, be serious here. He’s made all sorts of changes with no real logic and none of his changes have improved anything. Sheldon inspection is a mess. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. The guy he moved to Navasota doesn’t have a clue on what to do anytime you talk to him. His whole region is a mess and he’s not doing anything to steer the ship right.
Very well said. Thereality is that any complaints about the current state aren’t the fault of the new leaders. Maybe support them in improving things for everyone? Seems like a better use of time.
What a stupid comment. How can you blame him for all of the issues with the inspection and coating business? The inspection market is flooded with competitors who work for pennies on the dollar. Corporate expects us to perform within certain margins. The coating plants have been neglected for years. Way before he ever got in this position. At least he actually is involved with the plant level management and supports them wherever he can. If you think you can do better, start actually performing and get noticed. Maybe they’ll give you a shot. My money says you won’t though. You’ll just sit behind your keyboard hiding like the disgruntled child you are and continue to live a sad, pathetic life.
When is the leprechaun going to get Air Force Barbie in check? He’s an absolute mo--n and has no clue how to run our business. He’s destroyed the coating already and now he’s destroying our inspection business. He needs to stick to ba----g Dean’s sugar babies (or the HR lady) and stay away from our facilities.
Tuboscope is the largest business in EPS segment and is not profitable enough. Inspection has become totally commoditized. They gotta do something.

To the person who said they should apply for the managers position….. there ISN’T any “manager” position to apply for….
There will be no managers at all now. Anyone who was a supervisor is in “charge” with no DOA, no raise, nothing but a fake promotion to work harder for the same pay.
