I notice that the new hires are mostly lost and don’t know what they are doing. Will Frontier finally provide better training for the new hires?

How long will the new vendors and contractors take to f**k things up further.
Always the vendors and contractors fault. But you id--ts won't hesitate to refer, no access and say "it's a safety issue" so you'll skate out of your responsibility.

(Being trained by "senior" guys. The know nothing do nothing union hacks, bragging about their seniority and telling the trainee "you'll never get any days off on the holidays." These union hacks were trained by the previous generation of lazy **s. The cycle continues.)
