Seems like they are purposely putting enormous workloads on everyone so they quit. No more shoe runners ? 2 managers have now all depts ? Fulfillment is now at your service people? Just running their heards into the dirt. But you will all get relief when your cut come feb 1st.

AST here. The store manager says I dont belong in the office. My MBA is clueless. It's November and she doesn't know how to look up applications and interviews. She doesn't know Christmas gift cards have to go out. She was surprised the other day that she has to teach trainees about Insite. She has been MBA since February and worked there before that. She doesn't even order supplies. I'm 20 yrs a week. What the hell do you want. We have 2 training computers and she schedules me 4 people AND I leave at 3pm. I'm ready to die from the workload put on me. And the store manager says I have no work.
Person who said they are an AST...your "boss" ? Your Store manager who doesn't have a clue what AST does, or your MBA is saying this?
Now my boss says vacation doesn't go by seniority.when did that change

Yes....i am an AST. My boss keeps telling me I have no work and shouldn't be in the office. So why do I go over hours every day? I am drowning.
