Today’s announcement that EC is leaving (pushed out) GSSO is a breath of fresh air. Her Engineering partner (TS) needs to go also. These 2 have damaged GSSO more than any competitor could have. Their decisions have put us on a decline that it will take time to overcome. They both came in with this self-righteous plan cause they thought they knew better, but had no plan in place to execute on. Let the field figure it out was ultimately their plan. A complete lack of leadership. We have lost too many good people to the competition due to their ignorance. GSSO is working on their 4th LR since they started. Are you f-ing serious. Every other competitor is growing double digits and hiring like crazy but these two declined growth and working on 4th LR in their short reign of incompetence.

now i wish more than RTP close, EC and TS should move out of Cisco please..
GSSO surely need cuts...lots of redundant. why on earth - they even create their own Partner Org under BF....Cisco has already a Global Partner Org, EPO, APJO, AMERO (regional)....on top TS created another Partner Org inside GSSO...so much redundant work.. now they (Partner team vs GSSO Partner team) fight themself for work credits......Embarrassing..there is not much work so they fight like hungry wolfs ..uncivilized. bucks stops at EC and TS
EC moved out for a senior title, now GSSO may get a new lead - how TS will justify this deeds then ? if he is someone new to Cisco like RC for partner Org....many leads may get bad news.

EC wasn't the right person to lead Security..oh wait, this is Cisco, here you don't know domain knowledge or expertise, just wokeness..i mean relationship. if you are close to to a SVP or VP ..then he/she will add you in her/his team without any checks...because management is Cisco is to enjoy honeymoon...travel for CL live, Partner event, RSA, Exect readout etc etc on all exotic places. Poor employees things that the leaders is work for Cisco....pity them, they work for themself with employees hardwork. if any employee still think EC and especially the TS work for GSSO...get your head check. TS is back to grab the power...he just want everyone under his chain of command, as if he can't sell firewall if they don't report to him...pfff...He is has (sorry to say this) physiological disorder......commmand and control syndrome.

The Specialist SVP PM is a POS and needs to be LRd. There is a reason that the architectures are awful. PM is in over his head. His decisions have been completely wrong to include hiring EC.
Happens all the time at that level they don’t want them to go to the competition so they put them elsewhere
What makes you think the replacement will be any better?
