I understand and see what you're saying and don't disagree, however I have issues taking anyone serious who has their job solely due to the color of their skin. Worried about "underrepresented talent".... So, don't give the job to the best qualified, but follow Biden's lead and only consider their race/gender etc...

"Did you actually read this? First , you have to be in the top 100 “top of mind” companies just to be considered. So you have to be a huge winner to be eligible for the list. Then to be ranked 49/100 means you’re right in the middle of that top 100 pack. "

Trust me. SF price gouges the poor, customers, potential customers, and uses high exploitation employees and the public and industry as much as possible. Kool aid lovers make tons working at farm. Sickening people. Nepotism at its worst. Not risk management. It’s sickos in the industry & systems. Pathetic

Reminds me of Gates and Google gang

Yup....@xtq is a cookie cutter Kool Aid drinking fool in the cult who wants you to think you're buying a Harley when you get a 2 home scooter. SF can't keep the younger generation because they don't drink their Kool Aid and buy into their lies. Turnover will continue to be high until SF gets off their high horse.

Ok here you go for the trolls that always F-ck up every thread!!! Highest 1st year quit rate of any company in the United States! People come in, take one look around, and say f-ck this! Considering the caliber of people we hire from retail, food service, and other insurance companies/call centers it is even a worse insult and the horrible kind of environment SF has created!

https://lethal-industry.com/business/how-mentorship-guides-victor-terrys-initiatives-as-state-farms-first-chief-diversity-officer/

"In 2019, 9.4% of State Farm employees quit their jobs, compared to 3% of Americans who quit their jobs in August 2019, the highest quit rate recorded by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. State Farm workers with longer tenure are more likely to stay: The share of employees who quit with five to nine years with the company is 1.2%, while employees with 10 or more years is below 1%."

Several companies that are touted by people on this site ranked much worse than State Farm. Another way to put this is that State Farm beats Coca Cola, Google, McDonalds and Nike. If you’re trying to show how bad SF is, try again.
