You want to know how we can better serve our customers? Stop paying these managers 6 figures for being a glorified Yes man. They know nothing about what their team actually does. They just shovel the corpo message down our throats while I’m busting my a-s. They don’t want you to think for yourself. They don’t want you to improve anything. They just want you to be a good little robot completing your work. Meeting your d-mb metrics. For years I’ve tried to push for new changes in our processing. Trying to get departments to help each other. Their response? They smile, say we’ll look into it, and then watch TV for 6 hours and only look at their laptop when someone asks for PTO. GET RID OF THEM AND PUT A PERSON WHO ACTUALLY HAS SOME SEMBLANCE OF BEING AN INDIVIDUAL INSTEAD OF THESE DRONES

Been calling my manager a straw man for years. He doesn't manage anything and doesn't boss anything, he just messages what the company tells him to message, and tells us to do it. We could get the directives from his boss or his boss's boss. He's never come up w/ a inovative way to do things better or faster. He can't because that might be against what the d-mb company thought of. He is just a souding board for our complaints, and tells us no matter how much we make sense, we have to do it the non-sensical way(of course he doesn't say it that way).

Been saying this for years. The club amd “partners” and “leaders” make way too Koch for what they do and don’t even have skills. Management is a show and are puppets. Change management at its worst. Nothing new

@vcm. Jealous much? I call ba--s and strikes. I dont have to deal with a bunch of angry, woke, entitled bunch of brats who need their ears clipped back like you. The college degree (yes i have a couple) arent worth JACK compared to whats in the corporate life today. Wake up and deal with reality. Its coming real fast with the H SH*T we have out there now. No the world isnt all about me.

More crying from an under-performer. Just because you got a trophy for your soccer team and your mom said we’re amazing doesn’t mean you have any talent in today’s world. You sound like every other failure-“wasn’t me the other guy/gal got favored treatment.” Better get used to this-it is your life not SF’s fault..

I personally dont care if they got it better. My opinion of most people who got it better were NOT rewarded for their knowledge and work ethic. It is so obvious. They were only promoted because who they schmooze with. It is all political ploy. Remember if you say anything that is not politically correct, they make you an outcast and leadership is vicious. At SF unless you are a chosen one you are NOT entitled to your opinion and it is strictly enforced.
