I'm looking forward to seeing how GM's PHEV vehicles fare IRL.
Let's check in on how Ford is doing:

So salt water and battery packs don't mix very well... Hmmm, every winter thousands of tons of salt are spread on icy roads in almost every state. So how corrosion resistent are these magical battery packs against eventual corrosion and water intrusion? Long enough to pass the warranty I'm sure, but how about that 6 or 7 year old thing your neighbor parks next to your house? Oops, not to worry the pack replacement cost in year 5 will total the car!

I wonder how many people will be storing their flooded EV's someplace dry and away from structures in flooded Florida? Unlike an ICE car, these things can burn down your neighborhood anytime in the next 24 hrs or next week for that matter. There's a scary newsflash for you. The fire department cant get to them, toxic fumes a plenty. Yeah the EV thing is a great idea if you want mayhem, financial loss and indeterminate disaster.

Newsflash. If any vehicle is flooded it’s junk whether u can salvage title it or not.

Come on MB, keep cranking out those full-size trucks and SUVs . Plenty of d-mb bunnies with a $1200/month payment potential out there. Or is there 😉

EVs are a bad idea that needs to go away.

Fire hazard

Local authorities have now deemed these batteries, which have come into contact with salt water, a "fire hazard" and have warned the public to be careful and move them away from their homes.

"If your electric vehicle came in contact with flood water, don’t charge or start it," Dunedin Fire Rescue said on X, formerly Twitter. "Stay safe and let professionals inspect it first."

Scoff all u want but EVs are selling. Don’t believe the MSM, sales UP 9% in Germany with zero incentives.

GM simply missed the boat even tho Joe said she lead the way 3 years ago. lol

People laughed at ICE vehicle over 100 years ago but most horse and buggy’s were replaced within 10 years.

Tick tock MB

Tesla Carbon credits. $1.79 Billion in 2023. Take that off the balance sheet and see what magic EVs have.

And this inconvenient fact...

Investing must and should’ve been done. Yes I agree, MB was only focused on expanding the top shareholder wealth. Which includes her

She led the way

Investing in technology is expensive and may not pay off for years.

Much better to put 16 billion into boosting the value of executive stock options.

That pays off right away.

consensus estimate projecting around 461,000 vehicles delivered.

Yeah demand is waning. Keep leading MB!

“ Hey where’s the poster that said EV demand is down??? Lol”

GM: 32,195 total EV deliveries
Tesla: 338,844 new EV sales

GM loses tens of thousands of dollars with each EV sold. Tesla makes a profit with each sale.
Enjoy your LOL.
