Another Layoff - 6/25/25 - Billing

When does it end? Until everyone is replaced and every job is shipped overseas? Besides the CEO and every other higher up sitting on their golden throne of course… this company preaches Human First but hits families where it hurts the most leaving them to scramble in a crumbling economy. Yay, a 30-day notice to find a job in a “thriving” job market with the promise that they’ll assist you in finding a job, yet telling your manager/lead that they are not allowed to give you a recommendation??? We’re all just numbers here and $$$ is more important than keeping American employees. I love the transparency they bless us with by giving day of notice via email of a layoff which began less than 30 Minutes later, so appreciative.

@7cw They switched up how they were laying people off. It went from immediate termination to them giving 30 day notices (just enough time to train the WRS team before being laid off). Essentially, people are having to train their replacements.

Seems like they are getting more heartless as each passing layoff occurs.

Not to minimize your experience at all, but I didn't even get 30 days. First round they just put a meeting on your calendar and you were gone. Benefits, too. Complete ba----ds
