no. directors wont be laid off. those who do the work might be. or maybe they will make everyone reapply for their jobs again, eliminate lower positions and add that work to who is left.
But why create more director positions in the first place?
So what you're saying is they have directors they can lay off?
Since when did they make any decisions that made sense? The new model is failing and their solution is to create/hire more DIRECTORS???
Any IT worker based in the US is viable to be cut.
