Just because a call with regional presidents didn't produce immediate changes doesn't mean the changes aren't coming. Some will see changes now, some will see them later. Xerox loves rolling things out in stages.

We have our President intact, but he is now covering as president for multiple cores. This happened a few months ago.
Can we add the customer care center manager too? Call center should be getting notice.
We still have our president at our Core.
There are still Presidents over the XBS geographical regions. I assume this is what the OP was referencing.
