What a clown TC is. He doesn't answer questions, doctors the books such that CFOs all will leave to avoid being prosecuted. TC and his entire SLT team need to leave, they are a bunch of re-treads never has been execs who can't find a job anywhere else, so they are forced to stay at GF and continue to make the ship sink!!

High attrition can be blamed on the structure of HR kgb format structure by ER. Until the ridiculous HRBP nonsense is ended attrition will never decrease with any impact.
HR dept is too large for such a small employee count.

HP is indeed root cause of Malta high attrition. She has gathered bunch of individuals who are failed, rejected, racist and could not find job anywhere. HP promoted politics, groupism, and every bias you can imagine. Bad luck for Malta.
