And here I was hoping to have a couple of months to search for another job in peace and quiet. Any ideas as to how reorg will play out?

Where does anyone submit their email and name to this site? The only possible way HR could know anything is if you access this site on a corporate device, which would be breathtakingly d-mb.
Why do these posts always seem like HR is fishing to see what the minions know? They probably pay The Layoffs for the posters email and name so they can be put on "the list" to be terminated or VRP'd. Unfortunately, this is the only online place we can collectively post our fears and concerns outside of PBNA and try to keep ahead of the game . So, it's difficult to weed out the enemy and a True Blue poster.
Frontline received an invitation from HR, a zoom call to go over org changes and benefits….
Here it comes!!
This comment below is spot on. The stress will age you and it’s super unhealthy.
Used to work at PEP and feel for you all. The constant layoff/reorg fear climate is 100% intentional to try and get the best out of everyone. Absolutely terrible. Many colleagues that retired left with health problems (cancer, co-ktail of daily meds, looked at least 10 years older than their age, etc.). Get out while you can, even if it means taking a pay cut. Long run, PEP isn't worth it.
The VRP is just the tip of the iceberg…..so much more coming
It’s happening now. Beverages notified 55 and over employees who took the VRP package of their leave dates last week.
Total restructure of the field.
What kind of reorg is it? Field? Hq?
In December
December.
Layoffs might come but the report won’t be done in prime selling season. Last time it happened for March.
It’s been happening for months now, I predict all the pieces of the puzzle to fall within the next month.
I’m tired of the reorg rumors and discussions? Does anyone know when/if it is actually happening?
Peace, quiet and PepsiCo are incompatible.
