@5nfa+1airRlpd I applied for tuition reimbursement and then they fired me. Explain that one. I’m receiving UI benefits also so obviously I didn’t do anything wrong. SF is a cutthroat company.

I think the point he/she was trying to make is instead of constant complaining, do something about it. SF has tuition reimbursement for goodness sakes. Stop whining and develop new skills that are high in demand. People do it every day.

Also SF can’t outsource all that stuff...there is just more demand for tech skills than supply and it’s only going to get worse over the next decade or two as the digital age accelerates.

Well in that case enjoy your well-deserved in demand salary in tech while you still can until they send your job to the Indians. Also your post speaks to your low emotional intelligence. Even if what you do is so high demand, you have no couth or empathy. Yes this site does have a lot of whiners and trolls, but telling everyone you earned 160k serves no purpose. Now I believe you are a TM. You have all the qualities the Farm seeks in leadership.

5zov, I don’t think you realize what technology jobs pay or MIP. Believe or not, don’t really care. Go ahead and check the salary ranges on the intranet, they are open for all to see.

Most prof/techs make 6 figures base.

@5zov

Calling BS on the 160k. Doubtful you'd be wasting time posting here if there was any truth to that. At most, you are some very low level manager like ILR with a couple useless industry certifications that you always list after your name every time you make an excuse to send an email. Maybe a useless online MBA too.

To the poster with “employee incentive plan” and the nice cursing at another poster, READ THE OP!!! It is about bonuses, not “financial security.” You mo–n.

If you’re goal is to own a home and your current job doesn’t allow for you to do that, why whine about? DO SOMETHING about it. No one owes you a darn thing. I made in the mid 160s last year at SF with my bonus included. And I’m near the bottom of the totem pole in my area. It’s because I have a very high in demand skills and that is the market rate at SF or any where else.

There is nothing keeping you from developing the same skills I have other than your own laziness and entitlement attitude.

“Employee incentive plan.” Does that incentive include financial security, or pay that would qualify me to own a house in a hub location? If not f–k off.

Just goes to show how d–b some people are about something so basic as how they get paid. Wow!?

We got screwed on bonuses? You realize Employ Incentive Plan was maxed at 150% of target in 2020, right?

If you can find another company in America that paid more than 150% of target in 2020, I’d love to know.

Marketing is trying too hard, yes I would think the same people that wanted me to work in an office during a pandemic would short my pay to spend 50-100 million on commercials.

Just my 2 cents to pick on entry level people. I personally would, anyone with half a brain would leave.

Do you really think that’s the discussion in the marketing/advertising meetings? Grow up.

Those Aaron Rodgers and Pat Mahomes commercials are so tired and unfunny. Wonder how much they get paid to make those terrible commercials.

You got paid what you are worth. Or really you got overpaid based on your intelligence and work ethic.
