The way I see it, the OP asked an odd but legit question, and about dozen others found the thread interesting enough to make perfectly sane comments on it. But hey, that's just me.

As spokes people, they simply parrot what their boards tell them to say, as decision makers they each have a small army of experts who tell them which way the wind is blowing. So, who's the better actor?

I wouldn’t pick Jim Farley to run a fu--ing lemonade stand. He’d come up with a way to sc--w it up. Only reason he has the CEO job at Ford is because the Ford family likes him. His decisions and results are terrible.
