I've got a cynical view of surveys.
The surveyers are looking for positive stuff to say they did a great job.
Mostly, they ignore any negative feedback, especially if it calls into question the activity.
If someone gave them frank feedback on the New Frontier Circus, they'll unfortunately ignore you. What's their alternative? They can't say the emperor doesn't have any clothes on. ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Emperor's_New_Clothes )
@626+1jpg8x3yd there's a post session survey for the in person sessions. Atleast one survey response let's them know that the glossy messaging from the top is far from the grim reality found deep in the trenches on a daily basis. It's too bad Met spent money to put this dog and pony show on, when they could have used that money for better raises. Where is the incentive for most employees to carry out the New Frontier mantra?
Was invited to a session to help build the sessions for virtual workers.
It will count as my training.
They must know the employees hate this, since the incentive is "you won't have to take the real training".
If they need people to help develop the training, they don't really have their act together. Sheesh.

@5yj+1jpg8x3yd The AVP seemed to be 'cruising' for some action from that young man before I interrupted, but this didn’t seem to deter him. He was open about his interest and appeared to be waiting for some kind of approval or affirmation from the guy that he was interested. I didn't want to go into graphic detail, but the AVP was literally trying to expose himself to the other guy. I hope you got the idea now.

@e1+1jpg8x3yd I witnessed an interesting incident involving an American AVP. I didn’t see how it started, but I caught the end of it while walking into the restroom. The AVP had his eyes fixed on another employee who was dressed in gym attire. After stepping away from the urinal, the AVP attempted to signal or communicate something to the young man, who seemed to leave abruptly just as I was passing the sinks.
What I found most bizarre was that the AVP appeared unconcerned. He didn't even try to regain his composure and refocus on his task. Instead, he continued to watch the young man as he left, hoping for some sort of eye contact or acknowledgment. I didn’t say anything and went to the far urinal to take care of my business while the AVP finished and exited the restroom. This occurred on the first floor, across from the security desk and next to the mini cafe.
Sign me up for the next available date. I have a nasty cold I want to share. 🦠

My AVP doesn't wash their hands in the office bathroom and then gorges on whatever food is left in the common area. 🐷
I’m not going. I lost my company enthusiasm. My gto avp, from India, asked me if I “swing both ways” while we were at the urinals. It was awkward. Is this acceptable in India? I feel I should report it but sounds like this is common within our leadership. Lots of weird s-xual talk. Anyone else experience similar comments? Have you taken any action?
