Apparently not everyone is on the list, even if you got the email from Johnny Vas---ne saying you were going to receive

Its posted in GEMS now (for me) and is a little less then the 1% they stated in the email that came out last week. Though it did say "approx".

In the email I received, it does not state that the bonus will be on the paycheck for the 15th. It states the amount to be received will be visible in GEMS starting on the 15th. The actual money will be paid out in "late December" according to the email.

Maybe next paycheck. Nothing on GEMS like they said would be posted on there.

Its the 15th and there was NO BONUS of any sort in my paycheck; it's exactly the same as it always is on the 15th.

People are here expressing their grievances and you have folks telling them basically “shut up you’re atleast getting something”that’s what’s hurting the cause. I am doing all of the above taking the bonuses and telling xerox to stick it where the sun dont shine, and it’s still messed up. Xerox is not the bar and it’s companies, although not perfect, who won’t play in our face and call it resilience of a team lol cmon guys Dnt be dense. My only point is if someone wants to express their anger you don’t get to come in and shut them down cause $200 put a smile on Your face. We got bigger fish to fry like salary changes for crying out loud.

“Hurting the cause” of what, exactly? These supposed ubermensch that “know their worth” - and I suppose the rest of us are just sheep. Great start for a collective cause.

You can perceive yourself having any worth your want. Sometimes I close my eyes and perceive myself on my yacht. End of the day unless you go out and change that worth one way or another you’re worth exactly as much as the number at the bottom of that paper you get every two weeks regardless of what you think you’re owed.

You don’t have to be grateful for it. You can think you’re being shorted (I agree, we almost certainly are!) but it’s how labor gets treated in publicly traded companies that have started to feel the squeeze. They aren’t out to make your job or salary any better unless they think it’s worth more to them in the end. You’re going to have to try and get lucky with a private firm if you want to find actual care, otherwise “what you’re worth” is just a number that they try to make smaller on the balance sheet every quarter.

Jump ship, start the strike, or take the $200.

@5wkw+18kPWCu7 So, we should refuse the "bonus" because it is not enough??

The idea of that someone should be grateful or ok with a few hundred just because “something is better than nothing” is kind of why these corporations get away with offering the bare minimum. You can accept what you want I won’t shame you no matter if I believe you’re selling your soul to the lowest bidder but back off of the people who understand their worth. A company doesn’t give out raises for 3-4 years and we should be cool with this incentive? Please. If you’re not helping the cause you’re hurting it.

My bonus (leaving Xerox) was almost 10K. Thank god I left that sh–hole.

I also recognize that this one off bonus might be a pittance in comparison to real raises and might even be a payment in lieu of something more beneficial down the road, but the absolute endless victimization some of you can churn up from being paid extra money is Oscar worthy.

there’s 10 other, major, valid complaints to make (maybe 100 for some of you.) Why not make those instead of acting like you’ve been actually stabbed by being given more money, however little?

I’m not happy with the companies direction but by god I’m going to take a couple hundred bucks.

I'm going to take mine to the bank, exchange the amount for rolls of pennies and mail it back to headquarters.

How much was the bonus, did everybody get the same amount? I'm no longer with Xerox, just surprised to see any mention of a corporate bonus.

I am happy to get something then nothing, even if it's only a few hundred bucks. Hopefully 1st quarter they will reinstate monetary increases.

Figuring the tech industry moved on and our skill sets became irrelevant any bonus is appreciated 😍🙏🏼.

I for one feel like working for such a value-driven, results-focused leadership team is the real bonus. No one else agrees? Crickets? Where else can you learn such efficient ways to turn a once premier corporation into a raging dumpster fire?

$200 after taxes is better than nothing. Some techs don’t make 60-70k a year and every little bit helps. Might be able to buy an extra present for the family or something. Does this bonus apply for global techs that were transferred after 9/30?
