Has anyone noticed the second-wave exoducs of longtime Crown employees in their departments? Ever since the office return, it seems its accelerated greatly.
How are things in you rneck of the woods?

Name someone In Sales who lasts longer than two years.
Name a job title in operations that can’t be easily replaced.
Operations has people leaving left and right. If this keeps up all the talent will be gone.
@OP+1gCzQ4Ey @2fbb+1gCzQ4Ey Hunger Games 2.0
@5ved+1gCzQ4Ey, Exactly. Crown is bad but there’s really no better place in either the tower or fiber industry. Yeah my boss may be an id--t but I’m paid well with good benefits so I can’t complain.
@5toc+1gCzQ4Ey, by DT, do you mean digital transformation? Nobody would know if any of them quit. They never did anything of value that we would miss.
What's DT?
Re-org's are one of many ways to hide the people leaving. I know a few people in DT that have left recently. I also know people in towers that are leaving.
I haven't seen that at all where I am. People aren't happy but no one is quiting.
Judging by the lack of responses, I’d say people at Crown are pretty content.
Once upon a time there is nothing anyone could have offered me to leave Crown. I am now tired of the hypocritical and disingenuous references to our Crown “Community” and “Family”. I was straight up informed that I was naive when I asked how some of the decisions in the not so distant past reflected these values. Fine. It is a business. I get it. But stop lying to us to try to steal our loyalty. This was once a place where I felt my contribution was valued. I know better now but it is still an acceptable job with good people. Just don’t expect me to treat this company with any greater prioritization or care than you have demonstrated to the employees. I will still work hard and earn my paycheck because I have self-respect and take pride in what I do. I also care about my teammates and want them to be successful. I will also no longer automatically dismiss other job opportunities when they come my way. I suspect a lot of the long term employees leaving may feel similarly. There is a lot of opportunity out there.
Yes in my org. Retaliation harassment against people who don't look alike or disliked. No leadership oversight, it's the wild wild west. Being different is not cardinally d-mb.
Nobody has resigned from my district since the beginning of the year.
