Is there anyone who actually enjoys working at Walmart? Someone here said that it couldn’t be any worse, starting with dissatisfied and impatient customers, management, health benefits etc. Nothing is right.
The question is can it be even worse here? I’m sure it can, because every time I think we’ve hit rock bottom, I see the hole can get even deeper. Every day I wonder what their next step is and how they can put employees in an even worse position.

I love my Walmart, my fellow associates and most of my coaches. We are not a well functioning store, but we are a close knit work family .
Let’s face it. If you find yourself working at Walmart, your choices of employment are limited, at best. Just stay there, you probably deserve it.

STFU Walmart pays sh– yes but still higher than most places in the area. Not everyone is made for college. So stfu and don’t judge someone’s situation. A–hole.

If you’re working at Walmart, there’s a reason. You either can’t work anywhere else, or you’re so lowly skilled you have no other choice. Live with it.

Some people are id–ts and get exactly what they deserve and achieve to the level they deserve. If you don’t like Walmart, then get the f$$& out. If you can’t hold a decent job anywhere else, the just shut the f$$& up.

I worked at Costco before applying to Walmart. The thing with Costco is they hire a lot of seasonal help and then let them go. When I worked there they had a few people that were hired when the store opened the rest were all temporary. But Costco was just an example of a company that pays well and takes care of their employees unlike Walmart.

I've been there for quite a few years and all it takes is playing their game along with them. Yes, this company s—s but it all depends on how old you are and how many years you have worked there... along with your position.

Also they are the largest employer 2nd to US government and Walmart makes BILLIONS why shouldn’t their employees make a living decent wage??? Like Costco good pay and benefits and they still make money. Walmart is GREEDY and doesn’t give a sh– about their employees that’s why everyone is quitting! Walmart doesn’t deserve the good employees because they don’t treat them right. That’s why people are leaving after 10,15,20 plus years because they are a Sh– place!
My standards? Someone posted they have good pay and benefits and they do not. So I was replying to that post. They have sh– pay and benefits. That’s why everyone is leaving for companies that treat and pay their employees better. That’s why Walmart will never keep a good worker because they don’t give a sh– about you or anyone else you are nothing but a number.

Good pay and benefits?? Depends on who. Out of pocket maximum is almost 7k, I wouldn’t say that is good. And pay maybe mangers get good pay but 11-15 an hour isn’t great either. You wouldn’t be able to survive on your own on that pay that’s for sure.
? We have good good pay and benefits from Walmart. They can fix anyone’s lack of ultimate fulfillment and emptiness . If you don’t like what they do offer you - go elsewhere or start your own business and give ppl w/e you want to.
It can get worse, I got canned 11 months ago. I started drinking and smoking more pot and other stuff. Mom threw me out and I live in a box under an overpass, my old boy scout sleeping bag is wearing thin. I now want to find a job but look like dirty slob and no one hires a dirty person.
So It can get worse ....
I was able to write this because someone let me get a shower and use their tablet to look for work today and I read this online.
That’s why I left after 20 years. Get out now! It’s a silly company, people can take only so much bs. The problem with Walmart is they don’t invest in their people anymore. That’s a big mistake and it will hurt them long-term.
