Last case was not dismissed. Last case was withdrawn by the complaintant because the complaint, according to the NLRB lawyer, “…seemed to be more involved than what the NLRB was equipped to handle.” Now, 3 years later, that same complaint (with much more added) is just about done being investigated by the FBI. According to the NLRB, the FBI were better equipped to handle investigating the complaint. Cheers!

@1egb+1g7OdT8P, union members that bring up union leaders on charges are the lowest of the low. It's like family, resolve it from within. go to the int'l, local union board if your beef is with an individual officer or run for office yourself, just resolve things from within!
If all of the above options tell you your gripe is off base, just set down and shut up!
