Kurians knives are out once again. The stock price has fallen below the boards expectations and with sales flat overhead needs to be reduced.

SO Hilarious!
Always funny to see a hater accusing others of being haters. Can't respect someone like that, sorry.
Stock up $6.50 pre-market after stellar earnings. There are NO layoffs and the end of NetApp is not nigh. FU to the haters.
No major layoffs are necessary as plenty of good people are leaving anyway. And not all of them will be replaced anymore.
calculate yourself: 10 are leaving - 7 will be hired (cheaper than the ones who left). 3 won’t be replaced anymore. So why should there be any layoffs?!? For Netapp it’s the best situation. Saving money, get rid of people without layoffs. The bad thing: Netapp is not getting the „A“ brands anymore.
Just the chunk who failed in the loops of the real big players
Cu we need everybody for the surging baby! ; do nothing mgrs and tds maybe not
Lol. Looking around and don’t see ANY layoffs.
@5qhc+1ihgNKsT Whoa! chillax man
“The surge BABY!” Clearly you are a Beamer driving brown nosing loser. Once executive now rack and stack chump? How may times have you been let go and came back? What’s this the third or fourth time? Here for the drama are you?
A reorg gives the illusion of productivity while removing all baseline for comparison. It's what companies do when they aren't meeting shareholder or market expectations and are floundering. Usually, it's a temporary measure to buy time to find a new path. A reorg once every few years probably isn't a sign of serious trouble. If your company has a reorg every year or even more frequently, you need to do some soul searching and figure out if they're right for you.
Got cut in the middle of COVID. It wasn't pleasant, but there is life after NetApp. It is what you make it. I definitely don't miss the constant layoffs though.
The surge BABY!
Heard that people are being moved in droves across teams and maybe are getting laid off. Once again, there is no clear-cut news on anything. Also heard that a few of the projects are either being put on hold or ki---d altogether.
WTF's going on?
