Here’s the thing.
When it comes to something happening at Fidelity, I know if’n it’s true or not based on my trick neck.
When my neck starts a-screaming, then I know it’s a-happening.
Right now, my neck is barking only a little bit.
Ask me again come January.
I am told could happen March 1, 2025. Several senior leaders announced retirement in October. They have enhanced package. Then VBO for others.
Amazes me the number of employees counting on the VBO to save them. Take some control of your own life.
Affirmatively heard it is not happening. There are more growth opportunities than there were in 2017 or 2021, so no need.
Not going to happen in this economy!
