@bcdr. You prove you dont have much between your ears. Telling people you make more in retirement than most who are making less while working. Making yourself a target is pretty d-mb. Then your types wonder why the world is hostile.

I'd agree it's easy to get it down, but you've probably never been stuck under a sociopathic miscreant who only knows how to bend over farther for corporate without clenching. Some don't think anyone can ever meet all or even most of the expectations set out by corporate, but at the same time you know it's clear half of the department isn't doing all that sh-t but they get 3s and 4s because their manager isn't completely nuts. So as for @5bzc and managers should earn 25% more money, get a life and quit being obsessed with work. "A lot of the employees support this" sounds ridiculous, because it is. I've never heard anyone ever say they think management should be paid more. Not ever. Not once.

I've been with SF for 21 years as a CS (Prop Complex now). Stewardship is better....as I don't clean up all the f-tards lazy work! Job is pretty easy and I work around 30-35 claims a week. I die laughing at all the id--ts they hire that can barely write their name or construct a complete sentence. It has its days, but the work is pretty much the same thing every day! If you don't have it down within the first year or so, you are a complete mo--n! I work 38:45 and still goof off about half the day. I'm getting close to the salary max and now the extra $4030 a year is getting me even closer. I get level 4 or 5 ratings each year and with my salary and EIP I'm making over 6 figures... I make more than my brother in law and he is a lawyer and he works 70 hours a week! Get a life losers! All the corporate id--ts do drive me crazy and can't stand the bureaucrats/execs that don't deserve the millions. I make mine, max out my 401k and will relax on the beach when I start taking that pension! I know that QFC template is sooo hard snow flake!!!

Hopefully it’s a raise for managers. They have a lot on their plates and are under stress. I’d like to see a 25% increase in managers pay structure and a lot of the employees support this.
Claim handlers in the CS role with less then 4 years get $1, above 4 get $2. SF is also raising the minimum starting , so a possible bump there also.

The only way SF can get rid of the financial drain is to get rid of the 6 digit folks who create failed policies.
Freeze the pension in 2026. Convert those with $5000 or less to a Roth IRA. Get rid of that financial drain.
