I started looking for a new job. I've been here for 5 years and I already think it's too much time spent in a place like this. Some have been here longer than me, I know, but I know of some cases where people haven’t stayed here even a month. How long do you think people stay in this company on average?

Yes! They promote friends and kiss as--s. Not by qualifications but by how much a-s you kiss and if you are part of the IN crowd.
I think about 5 years. When u finally realize this company ain’t sh-t. The managers ain’t sh-t. The sh---y people they promote to managers ain’t sh-t but kiss as--s. U start realizing all that in about 5 year span.
Until they can’t take any more abuse and decide to walk out of the he-l ho-e.
We will be getting in our 1, 3, & 6 month badges to celebrate the tenured associates at our store. (Most don't make it a year so we switched to month badges now)
Just don't make any big purchases like a car or house. You will be trapped in purgatory forever.
