Everyone got 4% raises. Anyone with 10 or more years tenure got 8%
Anyone, anyone? Salary differences between SF and HCL?
@4xtu But what is their salary compared to SF?
Can't speak for everyone but my friend's is about 40% of their salary paid out on this schedule:
25% 4/1
25% 8/1
50% 3/1/24
I’m wondering how big the bonuses HCL pays out? I heard they pay them at the beginning, the middle and the end of the year. Also how is the pay compared to SF for those who have rebadged? Hoping someone who knows can tell us!
Curious to see what happens at a year. Tick tock.
The same amount of time they got at SF. They matched the accrual rates.
Existing banks are gone though. Those were paid out last week.
Just how many PTO days is HCLgiving for the newly rebadged? Does it vary on age or prior years experience of State Farm?
We're all sitting around waiting for the retention bonus checks to start hitting next month.
March 2024 is when the real fun starts. Expect a mass exodus from both the HCL and SF IEOM side.
HCL •trusted partner. Laugh.
Wait, what happened in creative services? Do you mean marketing, @ibf?
The new HCL folks aren't doing anything but shuffle tickets. The rebadged people are still doing the work.
It takes a while before the cracks start showing. Also, management will do everything they can to limit the knowledge of outsourcing failures.
Im just surprised there was never any type of announcement (outside of those impacted) or transparency for the HCL or Creative Service transition.
