There may be no more chance to EOI voluntarily in the Fall, but if you are left standing and laid off for lack of work, you will most definitely be eligible for the usual severance package. I know this for a fact. It happened in 2015/2016.

This sounds like fake news. They may be accepting EOI from mid to senior managers who are not fitting into the new org chart, but they have not gotten to the reorg at the worker bee level so I doubt they are entertaining EOI from the whole workforce yet
