So if you're in leadership in claims.....you got bent over again by Tipturd! After he said he was not going to penalize people for all the expenses incurred for not hiring, bringing in all the ECRs, countless hours of mandatory OT, and overall increased expenses due to his complete failure of leadership, they turned around and did exactly the opposite. They reduced the MIP for the claims expense piece and employee engagement!!!!!! Imagine that, another lie from our Exec office. We lost 2-3% on MIP compared to other non-claims areas. Robbed one group to pay for yourrrrrr mistakes!!!! POS! Claims is a living he-l get out or quit! Tell everyone you know to not buy SF insurance or cancel their policies! Stop funding that POS, $20 million dollar bonus again!

@huy You should really know by now to not believe anything MT says. He's been making and breaking promises for the last seven years.
If only all levels of leadership had the ba--s to stand up to their leaders to make MT understand from THE VERY BEGINNING that his business plan wasn't working, then maybe wouldn't be having these conversations over and over again. So for those of you in management complaining that your MIP wasn't what you were expecting, you only have yourselves to blame for not standing up for your employees that were telling you all along that things were not going well.
OP, now you know what it's like for your 'minion employees' trying to work hard and in return getting very little back in both appreciation and pay.

Injury CS here.... I do not like my TM that much but they are honest with me, fair, work a ton of extra hours and deal with a lot of the childish cr-p from people on my team. I've been approached by my TM about a LDA Injury TM role and told her she is crazy as there is no way I'm doing that job. If I work OT I get paid OT.... and probably make more than she does! I got the max EIP-155% which is fantastic! Not sure it is worth it but honestly can't complain. Knowing my TM got screwed out of 2-3% is not right or fair as I know they do not make the hiring, budget, or staffing decisions. I bet MT or the other Execs don't take a hit to their bonus!

Wouldn't penalize their bonus! Plus there is always the id--t that chimes in with the ....well why don't you quit..blah blah blah. On every single post or tries to turn it political to distract!
These criteria for MIP has been in place since day one. The only surprise is that you are surprised. Apparently you don’t understand how MIP/SMIP works?
