The company average will be 110%. Two years in a row above target. Go Oxy!

No need to get greedy.
110% seems a bit measly. Hopefully you are wrong about that. I doubt anyone in here has any idea what they are talking about.
GO GO GO PIPER ALPHA!
Best Company EVER!?
New LTI strike price estimate is $65.63. Based upon LTI historically using Oxy stock closing price on second Friday in February.
Units = award $ amount / strike price
Possible closing price date will change this year due to changed bonus schedule.
True. Your are correct. Looks like the $62.90 was vesting of prior awards. 2023 LTI price TBD.
I don’t think you understand how to read SEC filings.
That is a nice price. The stock should escalate to 90 at some point.
Per SEC filings on Friday, LTI price looks to be set at $62.90.
Oh my.... When APC was firing on all cylinders , payouts at 150% or higher were the norm. My entire net worth was thanks to a fantastic salary , bonus and LTI structure the last ten years of my career. The COC package was the icing on the cake.... When we saw 110% payouts we knew there was trouble ahead....

There are many different target bonus percentages depending on your grade and job function. The company will determine an overall payout target %. If you have a 20% bonus target and the payout is 110%, the average would be 22% of your salary. Your individual performance is taken into account and in order to pay higher bonuses timi the high performers, the majority of staff receive slightly below the announced company bonus %. If you are and average “meets expectations” type of employee, you’d probably receive 100% of your bonus target while a 1 or 2 performer might get 125 - 140% of their target.

Good for you if you invested when the stock price was low. Over a longer term period Oxy has underperformed its peer group and is sitting more than 10% below its stock price in April 2019 before it made its bid for Anadarko.
I've never understood the way the bonus is phrased. "110% of target" = what percentage of your salary bonus???
Only number 1 because the stock was so low before.
Yeah, it sucks being an investor in the #1 performing stock on the SP500 in 2022. I sure do feel short changed. LOL
Surprised that they are aren’t short changing the employees to line their pockets with more cash. They have certainly short changed the investors.
With the record year Oxy had it should be a nice bonus for sure. In reality though any bonus is nice.
Got lucky with high oil prices. Not due to anything else.
Payout over 150% of target for several years. 2021 was an exception at 50%.
You know nothing.
