2024 Raise, bonus,LTI

Since we had people sharing last year. Anyone mind posting what you guys received this year?

21,4% raise ,20k bonus, no stock
Less than last year but it's ok I think last year was an anomaly.

At what pay grade or salary is one of eligible for the Ltip?

Was average raise 4%? Not great considering inflation but with society crumbling not terrible either.

LTI is based on grade level and some grades are well above 150k today.

@4eqk+1rvzwRZ4 Maybe that is why APC is not around anymore, but yes APC was a nice place to work. APC was not like that in the 80's and 90's when people were getting 6% at the most bonuses. Back in the day they were run tight by Bob Allison and everyone seemed to love it then as well. In my opinion Oxy takes pretty good care of their employees, and I doubt you will ever find another independent that meets the standards of APC under Hackett and Walker. But then again Oxy is still around and we get a paycheck each payday plus great benefits. Just my opinion.

Y'all feel better now... 5-10% raises, 40% bonus and $150K lti's were common at APC... Impress me.

  1. 02%, 34.7% of salary, 44k LTI... got a high performer though, so that's probably the high end
