If you think things are bad just wait till you retire then try getting an answer concerning your pension, benefits or 401k..It’s as if you never worked for the company and are non-existent.

Xerox AskHR is useless. I never received a response other than more questions. I emailed 3 times. I am now trying to get an email address of a Xerox Board Member. Maybe they can direct me on how to actually get an answer. I only need a W2 for last year. They have waisted more time responding with empty emails back.

Yes I did call, email, chat with Xerox Benefits and then escalated to my manager who obtained a name in Norwalk and she never responded to my email prior to my retirement date. Actually even had a problem with retirement benefits as I was not receiving responses from the person assigned to me. When I didn’t receive responses, I called person helping a co-worker of mine. Found out the person assigned to me for retirement pension was out on leave and imagine my surprise when there was no notification on her voice mail, email & no one else assigned. Someone finally did help me with the retirement pension withdrawal but no one ever responded for 401k and couldn’t roll it over prior to my retirement . So glad I am out of there. Now I can pull my 401k the hell out of that train wreck too.

Ask HR is basically an attempt by Xerox to further justify the cost overruns for the new IT platform by further reducing HR staffs and not refusing to pay Conduent enough money to meet service goals. And, yes, since Xerox fired all of the French speakers in HR in my country a few years back, AskHR uses Google Translator for French-Canadian speakers and why phone calls are not permitted.

You need to contact benifits web for loans against 401k. AskHR can not help

I was retiring and had a small loan against my 401k that I needed and wanted to repay prior to retirement. After numerous calls and messages on how to do it, even contacting AskHR, HR in Norwalk, State St bank, etc. on the payoff balance, never heard from anyone until late last year when they sent a letter that I would now be subject to paying taxes on it as a withdrawal. Yes I kept copies of every call, email and chat request and intend to turn those copies over with my taxes. Like anyone will really care. In the end it’s just me whose penalized anyway for a useless Xerox inferior outsourcing service

Don’t forget HR has been thrown out with the bath water just like everyone else so try to be patient with them but involve your manager and be sure you keep all correspondence so your lawyer can send it directly to JV and Co.
Do not take mercy on the people that decided this but the AskHR people are trying to do their job like anyone else.
Best of luck
Get a lawyer for anything you can sue over and get to it. Make that anger count.

I've emailed it about 5 times and the responses I've gotten were "Discuss this with your manager" or they just repeat the question. Pretty much useless...

They took two weeks to respond to a policy question. They had to escalate to a remaining HR manager in Canada.

There is no phone option because they do not speak English. They probably use google translate.

Also if Benefitsweb f—s up your paycheck, you have to deal with them. ASKHR will not bat for you. I had to threaten a lawyer to fix an issue with benefitsweb.

Yes they Do. They were put in place just do nothing for Xerox employees. Oh I forgot they do a great job of not answering your questions by just repeating your question as an answer...

AskHR is for Xerox employees. They can’t help XBS employees.

HR is a joke. Should be renamed "Hello Redundancy" because all they do are layoffs and cutting benefits.

My experience with it is that it's a black hole. I've never gotten a response.
