The thing is, with all this expertise gone without proper succession planning, things will fall apart. It’s like performing brain surgery but not doing the diagnosis and hoping for the best, it might just ki-l the patient. Aramco masters hiding and lying about the actuality, so maybe that will just continue….
The other - more pertinent point - is who will do the actual work with the worker bees disposed of?
