Polish up the resume and sharpen your interviewing skills. It's better to be have been prepared and not need it than to been unprepared and flounder if / when you get the axe.
Don't worry about it, just go to work, do your best, and keep your resume updated. It is completely out of your hands so worrying won't help...
If you are a Pure troll, you should be worried - Pure is sharpening the knife. Plenty of open jobs at NetApp though.
