Dollar Tree is buying SAS. SAS has purchased more land near campus which will allow DT to build new offices while using the old ones temporarily.
Expect to see some redundant positions eliminated before the end of year.

SAS did not buy more land - his son did but anything with the Goodnight name is always attributed to the company. His son is in real estate too.
