EMTEC leadership initially said the footprint study would be done Sept 2023, then end of 2023, then first quarter 2024. Still haven't announced the results. Everyone in Clinton just wants to find out if they're getting canned or not, the waiting is ki-ling morale even more than it was already ki-led. Maybe all of the leadership should get PIPed for not meeting their deadlines.

Everything is going to be done by Indians and/or in India. Nothing else matters. Now, make the numbers go fit that answer.
So does anyone have any actual information if decisions have been made? What sites are closing, will people have the option to move or are many people getting laid off, and when are they going to announce all this? Lots of speculation on the study being finished, BTEC housing some additional people, but concrete info would be useful.

Look guys, the study is complete. It's finished. But they won't communicate the results until they're ready to implement the decisions. So, by the time you hear the results of the study you'll also know what they'll do like shutting down Annandale. They're just figuring out what to do and how to do it. Lots of people will be laid off/PIPed.

In 2015, there was 1000+ employees in Annandale. Hard to believe that there are only 450 employees in 2024.

no need for new building. BTEC has plenty of space. out of ~450 people currently in Annandale, there will be a max of 150 that are eligible and willing to relocate. when will this be announced? reminds me of the Paulsboro NJRSC in 2019
Clinton already has management and engineers that report to Clinton but actually work at BTEC in Baytown, Texas. You can read the tea leaves on the direction the winds are blowing.
@3rrf Are you sure about that or are you speculating? Likely gonna have to build a new building at BTEC to accommodate that and it'll take some time tk make the move down.
Clinton Lab is moving to BTEC along with Materia. Some of BTEC work is going to India. Musical chairs at the moment
there goes most of France today, more coming soon.
If you can't exploit all the features of the amenities provided to you as an employee, you don't belong in this company. We're all about value extraction here. Find somewhere else to cry about morale.

OP the real question is what the heeck are you still doing in Clinton? The place's empty. It's a ghost town. Nobody goes to work anymore. Everybody "works from home". Nothing done in Clinton has any impact on the bottom line. It's just powerpoint. Darren knows this. Clinton has a target on its back. Get out of there now. Find something else to do. You'll be fired very soon.

No study results are ever shared... If any of them ever do actually arrive at a conclusion. Just another vehicle for sone high fliers PDS.
